5. Here you will provide the phone number to update your contact details for SASSA
6. You will receive OTP (One Time Password)  via SMS on the phone number you provided for application
7. Enter SASSA OTP code and click on “Verify Pin”. 
8. Now you will receive another message for request confirmation. 
9. Click on the Submit to verify number change.
10. SASSA will take 14 days to update the contact details and process of grant payments.

Retrieve SASSA Application ID

Visit the SASSA application link and enter your 13 digits South African ID along with your current phone number used for the application. This will help in retrieving your application number which you have to use for the process of SASSA change phone number or srd lost phone number.

3. Enter your ID number and report that your registered phone number for SASSA SRD 350 or any other grant was changed without your permission. 
4. Confirm with “Yes” or “No”.
5. Tap “Yes” and you will get “Successfully submitted unauthorized cell phone number change report to SASSA”.
