  • Create your four (4) digits Pin Code.

How to Retrieve the SASSA lost OTP?

Sometimes, due to a network error or any other technical fault, you may not receive the OTP. In that case, first of all, you should wait for fifteen (15) minutes. If still you didn’t receive the OTP, then follow these steps to get this code:

  • Request a new code after a lapse of 24 hours.
  • A new OTP will be sent to you by the SASSA via SMS on your registered phone number.
  • Once you receive a new OTP, add it for login and complete your desired transaction.
  • If, due to any reason, you are not able to get OTP, you should call directly on SASSA’s official number, i.e 0800 601 011 and inform them about your issue.

Your phone number must be updated in SASSA’s system, and it should be correct as well.

  • Your mobile provided to SASSA should be active so that you may receive SASSA’s official notifications and also the OTP.
  • OTP is your personal property, so you should not reveal it to others, even though someone is claiming to be SASSA’s representative because SASSA never asks about your OTP.
  • Once you receive the OTP, enter it carefully and quickly in order to complete the transaction.
  • In case the OTP is expired, request a new one immediately from SASSA’s official toll-free number, 0800 601 011.
